The structure of the Director's House is in bricks with wood floors.

The three storeys building “Cà d' Or” is also made in bricks with wood floors and a specific roof made with framework in wood.

The structure of the Tigellius Villa (Castle) is made in bricks with concrete floors and wooden roofs. This five storeys castle is the main touristic attraction of the site.

The aim of this project was to preserve the original beauty of this unique area while modifying its usage. We created a new and modern summer school in an historical site.
