Milan's radial

Purpose is to introduce the radial 

of Milan, object of study, divided

by the characterized in categories. 

Such categories are defined by

analyses of the their morphology

and their used made for the

citizens, or motorists and 

pedestrians.

 

The four categories that we have defined are:

1. radial - the barrier 

2. radial - the homogenous ones

3. radial - to local character

4. radial mixed

 

Milan, more and more assumesed importance from the second half of 1700 as regional pole, to such point that has noticed the impossibility for every other city to develop itself in its vicinities, at least until the end of the past century. 

 

It is with the Unit and the industrialization that Milan begins to get crowded quickly and in continuous way. The city expansion is guided by the circle morphology of the city.

The evolution of Milan under the aspect of the expansions not which ordered, expansions that will be inglobate in only the woven one in successive phases.
