Requalification and restoration of an historical complex in holiday home.

Responsabilities:
Understanding of the new purpose;
Understanding of the historical value of the complex and development of a suitable project;
Production of the Building safety and the Emergency plans;
Coordination of the restoration phases;
Estimation of the project cost;
The House Vacation “Tigellius Villa” of Recco (GE), property of the Council of Milan, is constituted of 3 distinguished buildings, and is found in the Municipality of Recco, in province of Genoa, on a hill near the connection with the coastal Municipalities.The buildings have a high architectonic values with various functions and are located in a large private area composed with many levels and plants.
The three blocks are called:- Building “Castle”- Building “Cà d' Or”- Building “Director's house". The first building, “Cà d' Or”, was built in early 1800 by an Argentine family, followed by the “Castle” and the “House caretaker” in 1899.The property was then donated to the Council of Milan.
