Development of many building types ranging from high and low residential projects, serviced apartments, all-suite hotels, commercials and retails. With specific focus on developer-oriented design providing maximised outcomes and solutions with emphasis on buildability efficiency.

Revit, Autocad, Photoshop, SketchUp

 

Responsabilities:

Understanding of client's needs;

Direct the production of construction documents, drawings and specifications (such as Town Planning and Building permit);

Contribution and coordination of design problem-solving;

Producing of concept plans, town planning drawings, 3D presentation work;

Understanding of BCA and the new Better Apartments Design Standards; 

Understanding of ResCode, planning regulations and the town planning process;

High attention to detail and accuracy;
